ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Designs, implements and evaluates the speech therapy component of the infants and toddler service plans.
Provides speech therapy services to children who qualify for Early Intervention services.
Participates as needed in meetings to coordinate the care of an individual child
Provides for the preparation of service plans with progress notes and observations incorporated in the child records.
Submits services and evaluations per child service plans.
Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, certification as a CCC-SLP from ASHA and licensed in the State of Pennsylvania.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Malpractice Insurance
Must successfully obtain Criminal History Clearance from the Pennsylvania State Police and Child Abuse Clearance from the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with parents, program staff and other agency personnel.
Ability to transport oneself as program needs dictate.
Ability to assist and/or lift children weighing up to 50 pounds, as may be required.
